Before making an appointment to apply for company establishment and various government financing/subsidies/grants: Please patiently fill out the legal consultation counter-question form formulated by the legal office in accordance with the Japanese Company Law to determine whether the conditions meet the application qualifications. If you do not state your real name and do not fill out the form truthfully, we will not reply to any emails or private messages because we cannot judge your authenticity and decisiveness.

Regarding the notification and arrangement of face-to-face consultations: After confirming the consultation time, please be sure to reply to our law firm by email to confirm whether you can attend. Because it is related to the rights and interests of each client's appointment time, avoid causing trouble to other clients before and after the appointment. When consulting, please be sure to bring consultation-related materials [such as: business plan/company transcript/company deposit...] so that we can make a basis for judging and recommending professional legal procedures. [Advance reservation system]: The first consultation fee is 3000 yen per hour + consumption tax, a total of 3300 yen, and 1500 yen per 30 minutes thereafter. The payment method is cash payment before the consultation on the day of the consultation, and the fee can be offset against any formal entrustment procedures thereafter.

Regarding appointment consultation: If you cancel the consultation time without any contact for your own reasons, a cancellation fee of 1,000 yen will be incurred, and you will not be able to make another appointment for consultation. If this happens, our office has the right to regard it as a blacklist and will no longer accept appointment consultations for those on the blacklist. Thank you for your understanding.

Regarding the applicant's record, if you have ever been denied a visa or forced to deport by the Immigration Bureau, please inform the details in advance.
If the applicant fails to inform us and the Immigration Bureau retrieves the applicant's criminal record after the application is submitted, which affects the credit record of our law firm or, in serious cases, causes the cancellation of our law firm's qualification certificate, our law firm will have the right to demand compensation for damages from the applicant.

Notes on consultation regarding residence status: Before consulting on visas, please state the purpose of the consultation and detail the type of residence status and the correct date on your residence card. Without the correct date, we will not be able to determine the answer.

Before the consultation interview, we kindly remind you to prepare the key questions in a legal format in advance, which will help you get a more efficient legal response.
After the consultation interview, if you need a second consultation interview, please prepare the key questions in advance and send them to our law firm's email in advance before making another appointment. Because our law firm needs to investigate the relevant laws in advance, we can get more efficient responses in terms of laws.
For consultations after the second time, no fee will be charged for consultations within 30 minutes. For consultations exceeding 30 minutes, 3,000 yen per hour + consumption tax, a total of 3,300 yen, will be charged. The fee can be offset by formally entrusting any procedures.

No consultation will be accepted. We will not accept any consultation regarding any violation of Japanese laws. Regardless of whether the violation is known or not, we reserve the right to refuse any consultation.
